The Heart of Boothferry Cafe on Bethune Avenue is hosting a coffee, cake and chat afternoon every Friday, between 1.30 and 3pm.

The cakes are homemade, the newspapers are of the day and the background music is soothing and helpful to relaxation!   The company is friendly and welcoming and they invite you to join in every Friday.

“I attended this event on Friday, and it was a great success,” said Cllr Claire Thomas. “There was a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and it was good to meet some new people. The cake was very good too!”
